I co-founded and led a philanthropic organization to delivers solutions in order to solve various environmental issues. Our key initiatives include providing comprehensive solutions to the ghost gear problem by collecting waste, upcycling plastic waste into useful products, and developing a mobile application to incentivize local citizens and fishermen to collect and return ghost gear. Moreover, we are also involved in solving climate issue by creating carbon credits and finding ways to reduce carbon emissions including the promotion of renewable energy and creating workshops and events where we invited climate experts to educate the public.
Led an initiative to solve ghost gear problem in Rayong Province, Thailand. The initiative includes multiple participants in collaboration with the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources for diving trips to recover and recycle abandoned ghost gear.
Collaborated with a lingerie company to launch an exclusive lingerie line made of recycled ghost gear
Signed an MOU with public and private players, including SCG Chemicals, a leading petrochemical player in Asia, to encourage local fishermen to return and sell waste for upcycling through an implementation of a mobile application, creating additional source of income for the locals and promoting upcycling in the local community.
Partnered with the public sector to conduct research on the large-scale planting of Mangroves regarding its carbon absorption benefits and the potentials of nature-based carbon credits; Led the collective efforts to successfully plant 1,500 Mangroves in Thailand; Organized the first ever carbon neutral event in Thailand
Applied injection molding method to transform plastic waste into eco-friendly plant pots; Utilized compression method to turn waste into footpath, which is being showcased at Thailand’s Ministry of National Resources and Environment.
Created a new business plan for farmers to sell chemical-free rice by removing the middleman, resulting in an increase in sales and profits
